Our story

Built from the
bleachers.

Not a marketing agency. Not a content farm.
A dance parent, a laptop, and a lot of accumulated knowledge.

"I sat in that first competition bleacher wondering if every other parent knew something I didn't."
— The moment this site became inevitable

Your founder story goes here.

This is where you share what brought you to create this site — the moment your child made the competition team, the blur of that first season, everything you wish you'd known.

Talk about the chaos: the 5am call times, the rhinestone glue on every surface in your house, the competition fees that kept appearing out of nowhere. Write it honest. Write it real.

Then came the pride.

Talk about the curtain calls: the first time your child walked out on that stage, the way they transformed, the tears you didn't expect. The reason you'll do it all over again next season.

This is the "been there" credibility that makes readers trust everything else on this site. Write it in your own voice — warm, honest, a little funny. No polish required.

So I built the resource I needed.

Chaos & Curtain Calls exists because there's no single authoritative place for competitive dance parents to get real, practical, been-there advice. This is that place.

Everything on this site is written with the knowledge gap and emotional reality of competitive dance parenting in mind — whether you're in your first season or your fifth.
